Our team is available like an in-house employee, but we operate remotely from Manila. For each job posting, there is a single point of contact with the corresponding skills, up to 50 hours per week, and only 20 vacation days per year. Paid sick leave is limited to five days per year; after that, we cover the costs of replacements. We speak German, English, and Filipino (Tagalog) at a native speaker level. As the billing basis for invoicing, the net salary of the client country is used. With this offer, our clients save up to 50% of wage costs while maintaining employee-like availability.
